Beginning a New Year typically prompts people to examine the previous year for accomplishments and disappointments. It is a time to examine oneself, look for areas that need improvement, and then set goals and make changes in the New Year.

 “I worked twenty-six years in banking and then realized that banking was changing and my career was coming to an end.
