Announcing Penn Foster College!   On April 3, 2006, Penn Foster College officially opened its doors. Students engaged in a degree program with Penn Foster Career School automatically became part of the new Penn Foster College. “This is an exciting day for all present and future students of Penn Foster College,” announced Dr. Richard W.
