Penn Foster provides technological non-academic support to the NRF Foundation in connection with Retail Industry Fundamentals. The NRF Foundation uses Penn Foster’s proprietary learning management system to deliver this training and credential using self-paced, mobile learning technology. A. If the training is delivered through online-only methods, the program will take approximately 10 hours for employees to complete. If administered by a trainer in a classroom setting, it takes an estimated 12 hours to complete, dependent on training and classroom structure.

A. Penn Foster provides multi-tier support to partners and students, with access to live support coaches from 8am to 8pm Eastern, Monday through Friday. Additionally, learners have assistance from retail industry subject matter experts and automated outreach communications throughout the course.
