Lawrence Pierce has been an instructor with Penn Foster for six years. He has an abundance of experience in the criminal justice field and enjoys the opportunity to share his expertise with students. Since he was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1980, he has worked as a general practice attorney. Mr. Pierce has also been admitted to the bars of the Federal District Court for Eastern PA, for the Middle District of PA, as well as the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.
What made you decide to be an educator at Penn Foster?
I thoroughly enjoy helping students begin their career, while still being engaged in the field myself.
What types of volunteer experiences have you had?
I’ve coached a number of sports, including youth soccer, baseball, and basketball.
Where is the most interesting place you’ve traveled?
Yellowstone National Park.
What are some of your interests?
I enjoy following all Philadelphia professional sports teams.
What was the best day of your life?
The three best days of my life were when each of my three sons were born.
