This week, staff writer Eliana Saks talks with Jennifer Critchley about the upcoming In Pursuit of G.R.A.C.E.’s fourth annual fundraiser at The VaultTap & Kitchen.

Educational background: Graduate of North Pocono High School and Penn Foster’s dog obedience and dog grooming program. She is currently enrolled in Penn Foster’s veterinary technician program.

Q: How did the idea for this type of fundraiser come about?
A: We wanted a fun way to bring our programs to the community and raise money at the same time.
Q: Tell me about the organization In Pursuit of G.R.A.C.E.
A: We always strive for G.R.A.C.E. (Giving, Resources, Advocating, Community and Education) We are “helping change hearts and minds, one paw at a time.”
Q: What will be on hand at this event?
A: In Pursuit of G.R.A.C.E. volunteers will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about what In Pursuit of G.R.A.C.E. programs and services we provide. There will be food provided by The Vault in Scranton and entertainment by DJ Mike C. There will be baskets, 50/50, a cash bar and fun!
