Transfer Credits

To have previous coursework considered for transfer credits, contact the college you attended and request for your official transcript(s) to be sent to Penn Foster College for evaluation.

  • General education courses are transferrable into the Vet Tech program from an outside institution.
    • The transferability of credits from an outside institution depends on a few factors, including accreditation, grades earned, and comparability of course work. We cannot guarantee that credits from an outside institution will transfer into our program without an official transcript evaluation.
  • As per Penn Foster's policy, we are unable to transfer in any vet courses from an outside institution.
  • Previous work experience cannot under any circumstances count toward course credit or externship hours.
