Guest Service Agent Optional Work Experience

After completing the online guest service agent training, students will have an opportunity to apply what they learned to real-world situations in an optional work experience. Students are not required to complete hands-on training to graduate. Those who choose to take advantage of the work experience option are responsible for finding their own site in their area; Penn Foster does not assist with placement.
