Penn Foster College is located in Scottsdale, Arizona and is authorized by the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education to award the Associate of Science and Bachelor of Science Degrees, Undergraduate Certificates, and Career Diploma programs. Penn Foster College has contracted with the Student Services Center in Scranton, Pennsylvania to offer enrollment processing and certain student services.

Instructors are on duty to answer questions from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Mountain Time (9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Eastern Time), Monday through Friday. After that time, and on weekends and holidays, students may leave a message; calls will be returned the next business day. Callers must have their student numbers available.
