The total cost of tuition for your online Microsoft® Office certificate covers the cost of your studies and any digital textbooks and study materials included in your program.¹

Microsoft® Office Certificate Enrollment Requirements

• Age - 14
• Education - 8th grade
• Technology Requirements - You will need access to high-speed internet to begin your program. In addition, you will need access to a Microsoft^® Windows^® based computer running Windows 10^® or later or an Apple^® Mac^® computer running macOS^® Sierra Version 11.2 or later, Microsoft^® Office 2019 or Microsoft 365^®, and an email account to complete this program with Penn Foster.

  Students are responsible for purchasing or subscribing to the Microsoft® Office Suite in order to complete the program. The cost of the software or subscription is not included in your tuition cost.

Refund Policy

At Penn Foster, we continue to develop new ways to expand and improve student satisfaction. However, if the Microsoft® Office 2019 Certificate isn't the right fit for you or you are not satisfied with your experience, we do offer a refund policy. If you cancel within the first 6 days of enrollment you will receive a full refund. After the first 6 days your refund amount will be based on:

• Lessons completed
• Tuition collected
• Enrollment date
