• Age - 17
• Education - High school diploma or equivalent
• Technology Requirements - You will need access to high-speed internet to begin your program. In addition, you will need access to a Microsoft^® Windows^® based computer running Windows 10^® or later, Microsoft^® Office 2019 or Microsoft 365^®, and an email account to complete this program with Penn Foster. A smart phone or tablet device can also be used in addition to a computer, provided the device(s) can connect to the internet.

At Penn Foster, we continue to develop new ways to expand and improve student satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied or can no longer continue your studies, we offer a refund policy. If you cancel within the first 6 days of enrollment you will receive a full refund. After the first 6 days your refund amount will be based on:

• Lessons completed
• Tuition collected
• Enrollment date
