Penn Foster, in keeping with its core company values of integrity, inclusiveness and compliance, strives to provide an accessible, high quality online experience for all students.

We endeavor to meet the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d) and to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA of the World Wide Web Consortium Web Accessibility Initiative. We recognize these guidelines will help make the web more user-friendly for all. In parallel, we have engaged in an ongoing process to extend the accessibility and usability of our portals and program content for students with disabilities, including those of vision, hearing and manual dexterity.

Penn Foster’s web and content accessibility team is led by Senior Members of its enterprise digital development, program content, licensing and legal functions. This team partners with expert external consultants and vendors to review, improve, achieve and maintain a compliant level of accessibility for the pennfoster.edu website and Penn Foster’s online curricular materials and educational online platforms. This is an ongoing process, and we have made a number of recent improvements.We are committed to continuing to work purposefully on accessibility to enhance the Penn Foster experience for all.
