Construction Technology Degree Tuition

Total Cost

Pricing is for the first semester of a four-semester program. The total cost of the Associate Degree in Construction Technology tuition will be $6,500 -$7,000* depending on which payment plan you choose for your first semester tuition.¹ The cost per semester is based on a price of up to $109 per credit. The total credits and the cost per credit are subject to change per semester. Program cost does not reflect any prior-earned eligible credits you may transfer in or credits awarded through a Prior Learning Assessment.

*The difference between the payment options is the dollar amount the credit will cost you for selecting a monthly payment plan versus paying in full.

Enrollment Requirements

• Age - 17 to enroll
• Education - High School Diploma/GED
• Technology Requirements - You will need access to high-speed internet to begin your program. In addition, you will need access to a Microsoft^® Windows^® based computer running Windows 10^® or later or an Apple^® Mac^® computer running macOS^® Sierra Version 11.2 or later, Microsoft^® Office 2019 or Microsoft 365^® and an email account to complete this program with Penn Foster.

• Skills Assessments - Students must successfully pass a skills assessment in basic math and reading to access their college courses.

Transfer Credits

To have previous general education or construction coursework considered for transfer credits, contact the college you attended and request for your official transcript(s) to be sent to Penn Foster College for evaluation.

• Minimum grade of "C" required for transfer credit.
• Approved transfer credits will be deducted from your tuition.

Refund Policy

At Penn Foster, we continue to develop new ways to expand and improve student satisfaction. However, if the Construction Technology Associate Degree isn't the right fit for you or you are not satisfied with your experience, we do offer a refund policy. If you cancel within the first 6 days of enrollment you will receive a full refund. After the first 6 days your refund amount will be based on:

• Lessons completed
• Tuition collected
• Enrollment date
