Your program consists of eight semesters. You must complete a separate re-enrollment application for each semester. The tuition is based upon $79 per credit for semesters one through seven. (Semester Eight is included at no cost.) The B.S. in Criminal Justice degree consists of 121 credits (Semester One: 14 credits; Semester Two: 15 credits; Semester Three: 16 credits; Semester Four: 15 credits; Semester Five: 15 credits; Semester Six: 15 credits; Semester Seven: 15 credits; Semester Eight: 16 credits). Penn Foster College reserves the right to adjust tuition and fees in subsequent semesters. In addition, a non-refundable shipping and handling fee of $65 for each semester will be charged.

*The Final Semester at No Cost promotion does not include any practicum or resident lab training fees. To qualify for this offer, A.S. degree students must complete and pay in full for at least 30 Penn Foster credits and B.S. degree students must complete and pay in full for at least 60 Penn Foster credits prior to the final semester.

To have previous criminal justice coursework considered for transfer credit, contact the college you attended and request for your official transcript(s) to be sent to Penn Foster College for evaluation.

At Penn Foster College, we continue to develop new ways to expand and improve student satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied or can no longer continue your studies, we offer a refund policy. If you cancel within the first 6 days of enrollment you will receive a full refund. After the first 6 days your refund amount will be based on:

  • Tuition collected
  • Enrollment date
