Total Cost

The total cost of your online English skills program is a one-time payment of $299 which covers the cost of your studies and any digital textbooks or textbooks included in your certificate.²

Enrollment Requirements

• Age - 16
• Education - 8th Grade
• Technology Requirements - You will need access to high-speed internet to begin your program. In addition, you will need access to a Microsoft^® Windows^® based computer running Windows 10^® or later or an Apple^® Mac^® computer running macOS^® Sierra Version 11.2 or later, and an email account to complete this program with Penn Foster.

Refund Policy

At Penn Foster, we continue to develop new ways to expand and improve student satisfaction. However, if the English: Comprehensive Skills in Reading and Writing Certificate isn't right for you or you're not satisfied with your program, we do offer a refund policy. If you cancel within the first 6 days of enrollment you will receive a full refund. After the first 6 days your refund amount will be based on:

• Lessons completed
• Tuition collected
• Enrollment date
