Brian Brown, Department Chairman for Penn Foster High School, is responsible for the day-to-day opportunities faced by the high school team and their students. Before being promoted to his current position, Brian was a high school instructor at Penn Foster for four years and worked as a teacher for a number of years before joining the Penn Foster faculty. Mr. Brown earned his Bachelor’s Degree in History from College Misericordia in 2007 and his Master’s Degree in History (American History concentration) from American Military University in November 2015. Brian is certified to teach Citizenship in the state of Pennsylvania. Aside from his experience as an educator, he served in the United States Army from 1984-1988.
