The total cost of tuition for your online Child Care Professional Career Diploma covers the cost of your studies and any digital textbooks and study materials included in your program.¹

Enrollment Requirements

• Age - 17
• Education - High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technology Requirements - You will need access to high-speed internet to begin your program. In addition, you will need access to a Microsoft^® Windows^® based computer running Windows 10^® or later or an Apple^® Mac^® computer running macOS^® Sierra Version 11.2 or later, Microsoft^® Office 2019 or Microsoft 365^® and an email account to complete this program with Penn Foster.

• A smart phone or tablet device can also be used in addition to a computer, provided the device(s) can connect to the internet for exams and study guides only.
• Optional Work Experience - The work experience option is not required to graduate from the program. However, students who do choose to complete one or both work experiences should be aware that they may be asked by the site they work at to obtain a federal background check and necessary clearances to work with children.

Refund Policy

At Penn Foster, we continue to develop new ways to expand and improve student satisfaction. However, if the Child Care Professional Career Diploma isn't the right fit for you or you are not satisfied with your experience, we do offer a refund policy. If you cancel within the first 6 days of enrollment you will receive a full refund. After the first 6 days your refund amount will be based on:

• Lessons completed
• Tuition collected
• Enrollment date
