The total cost of your online Electronic Medical Records Training is a one-time payment of $399 which covers the cost of your studies and any digital textbooks or study materials included in your certificate.

Enrollment Requirements

  • Age - 17
  • Education - High School Diploma/ GED 
  • Technology Requirements - You will need access to high-speed internet to begin your program. In addition, you will need access to a Microsoft® Windows® based computer running Windows 10® or later or an Apple® Mac® computer running macOS® Sierra Version 11.2 or later, Microsoft® Office 2019 or Microsoft 365® and an email account to complete this program with Penn Foster. A smart phone or tablet device can also be used in addition to a computer, provided the device(s) can connect to the internet for exams and study guides only.

Refund Policy

At Penn Foster, we continue to develop new ways to expand and improve our electronic medical records student satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied or can no longer continue your studies, we offer a refund policy. If you cancel within the first 6 days of enrollment you will receive a full refund. After the first 6 days your refund amount will be based on:

  • Lessons completed
  • Tuition collected
  • Enrollment date
