• Technology Requirements - You will need access to high-speed internet to begin your program. In addition, you will need access to a Microsoft^® Windows^® based computer running Windows 10^® or later or an Apple^® Mac^® computer running macOS^® Sierra Version 11.2 or later, Microsoft^® Office 2019 or Microsoft 365^®, and an email account to complete this program with Penn Foster.

Refund Policy

At Penn Foster, we continue to develop new ways to expand and improve student satisfaction. However, if the Facilities Maintenance Professional Training Program isn't the right fit for you or you are not satisfied with your experience, we do offer a refund policy. If you cancel within the first 6 days of enrollment you will receive a full refund. After the first 6 days your refund amount will be based on:

• Tuition collected
• Enrollment date
