Enrollment Requirements

• Age - 17
• Education - minimum 8th grade
• Technology Requirements - You will need access to high-speed internet to begin your program. In addition, you will need access to a Microsoft^® Windows^® based computer running Windows 10^® or later or an Apple^® Mac^® computer running macOS^® Sierra Version 11.2 or later, and an email account to complete this program with Penn Foster.

Refund Policy

However, if the Supervisory Skills for the Industrial Workplace Certificate isn't right for you or you're not satisfied with your program, we do offer a refund policy. If you cancel within the first 6 days of enrollment you will receive a full refund. After the first 6 days your refund amount will be based on:

• Tuition collected
• Enrollment date
