Enrollment Requirements

• Age - 17
• Education - minimum 8th grade education
• Technology Requirements - Students should have access to high-speed internet, an email address, and a computer, laptop, or other device to complete their plumber coursework. You will need access to you will need access to a Microsoft® Windows® based computer running Windows 10® or Apple® Mac® computer running macOS® Sierra Version 11.2 or later.

Refund Policy

At Penn Foster, we continue to develop new ways to expand and improve student satisfaction. However, if you aren't satisfied with your plumber program or it isn't the right fit for you, we do offer a refund policy. If you cancel within the first 6 days of enrollment you will receive a full refund. After the first 6 days your refund amount will be based on:

• Lessons completed
• Tuition collected
• Enrollment date
