After twenty years in the medical field, Diana combined her love of bookkeeping/accounting with her love of caring for the elderly into a career in medical billing and coding. Diana realized if a patient’s bill is not processed or handled correctly, they cannot get the care they need. This concern has fueled her practice for more than two decades.

Diana has earned an MS in Management and BS in Healthcare Management from Bellevue University, and has earned additional advanced coding certifications, including CPC (Certified Professional Coder, AAPC), CPC-I (Certified Instructor, AAPC), CPMA (Certified Professional Medical Auditor, AAPC), and CCA (Certified Coding Associate) from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).

Diana has also earned numerous diploma programs, including Certified Instructor from AAPC (American Association of Professional Coders), Advanced ICD-10-CM (AAPC). Advanced ICD-10-PCS (AAPC), Credentialing Specialist (AAPC), Advanced Evaluation and Management Training (AAPC), and Inpatient Hospital Coding (AAPC).
